How Trim'd Out handles data — both your own business/account information and the client information you store in the CRM. We're preparing a plain-language policy covering the essentials below.
What this will cover
- •What we collect about you (the contractor): account, business, and usage details
- •Your clients' information you store here (names, contact info, addresses, uploaded documents) — which we process on your behalf
- •When a client opens an emailed estimate or invoice, and how that view is recorded
- •The services that help run the app: Supabase, Vercel, Resend, and Stripe (for payments, later)
- •How to request a copy of your data or its deletion
